Founder Mette H. Menotti began her journey decades ago in Scandinavia, where she witnessed the damage that poor hair extension practices can cause. That experience became her motivation to create something better.
She developed damage-free techniques for hair additions, with a focus on health, quality, and long-term results. This passion led to the founding of World Hair Institute and the creation of a professional education platform that now trains stylists and salons worldwide.
Our proprietary methods have helped thousands of clients regain their hair—and their confidence. And through our training programs, we’re empowering professionals everywhere to do the same.
